Yahoo! Sports is reporting that Tim Couch used a strict regimen to get back into the NFL. Trouble is, he used steroids and HGH as part of his regimen and even with that he couldn't make it back. Couch denied that he used steroids as part of the rehab but says he used HGH and that's convenient because although the NFL has banned HGH, it doesn't test for it. After the terrible drafting history of the Browns and the terrible coaching choices, did Art Modell do such a bad thing and move the team to Baltimore?
