Titans running back LenDale White only had 3 carries for 4 yards in the Titans win over the Ravens on Sunday. White had been splitting carries with rookie Chris Johnson but on Sunday White didn't do much.
Jeff Fisher explained; “It was not by design, it was just the way the game went. We were using Chris, he was effective. We didn’t anticipate having as much difficulty running the football and we just tried to mix things up. It’s not a case where Chris has outplayed LenDale, it’s just one of those deals where we didn’t get a lot of snaps. We had some three-and-outs and they had some long drives and it just happened. He will be equally involved in our plan when we come back.”
LenDale offered a different explanation, one that Fisher, like all paranoid coaches, isn't going to like. White said; “I was injured. I’m pretty sure my shoulder was down on the injury report. I didn’t practice for a couple of days at the first of the week,” White said Tuesday.
White even offered up the timeline for his injury; "I did it in the second game up at Cincinnati,” White said. “It’s been nagging me, but it’s got time to get right. We’ve got a bye week. I’m getting healthy and I look forward to playing Kansas City.”

OUCH man, & they are kicken some NFL ass too!
he does get a week to get healthy, without him they should be fine becasue they have Johnson, if he goes down they have nothing.
hopefully then he will. i'm sure he's doing some rehab?
probably,
hopefully it's not at an all-you-can eat buffet.
Harsh!
The gym and working out are like kryptonite to the guy, it was one of the reasons he fell to the 2nd round.
