Cowboys owner and GM Jerry Jones says that there will be no changes in the coaching staff or the personnel for 2009-2010.
"The coaches are in place. I've said that. How can I be any clearer?" Jones said. "Look, I've said that our coaching staff, as far as I'm concerned, is in place. I just want to make the statement rather than answer questions, because your questions imply certain things that I don't want to imply.
"I'm saying that when I look at where we are coaching staff-wise and when I look at where we are personnel-wise, I see a team that is in place to compete for several years."
That's great news for sports media and bad news for fans.

what he says & what he does, are 2 different things. if someone doesn't get him glory soon, he'll kick & whine & toss em to the curb!
I honestly don't know what to think about Jerry, and what is going on inhis head.
The only one I really want at the curb trying to flag a ride is TO. The coaching staff and Romo might do just fine, they deserve a chance to win without him.
Any changes for the Birds, besides the D-Mac saga, if they miss the playoffs?
