The Titans might be a pretty good team on the field but in fantasy football most of their players are busts. VY had 17 picks and 9 TDs last year, Brady threw that many TDs in a couple of games last year. LenWhale White did run for 1100 yds in 2007 but he only scored 7 TDs and he wasn't a consistent 100 yds per game RB. The only plus for LenWhale is that he doesn't have to share the carries with anyone. The only Titan that may get drafted in the first 3 rounds, kicker Rob Bironas. He was a top 4 kicker last year because of VY and "Field Goal" Fisher's uncanny ability to lead the Titans to FGs in the redzone. Bironas has 35 FGs last year but only kicked 28 PATs, totaling 133 points the Titans leading scorer, not a good sign when the kicker is the team's leading scorer.
Here is a recap of the Titans fantasy potential from the Tennessean:
LenDale White, RB — Meet the Titans' most attractive fantasy player. He might lose a few carries this season to rookie Chris Johnson, but White could still finish the season with 250-plus carries. He's a solid performer in the red zone, with seven touchdowns last season for a team that didn't cross the goal line very often. Could be a solid second running back on your fantasy team and you should get him cheap. He's being drafted near the 10th round in leagues. Some might consider picking him up as early as the sixth round.
Chris Johnson, RB — He's not a Top 150 player in fantasy drafts, so you should be able to select him with a very late pick. Put him on your bench and monitor his progress this season. He's going to get a few carries, but is also expected to factor into the passing game. He could turn out to be a cheap fantasy version of Reggie Bush.
Vince Young, QB — Fantasy leagues have soured on him after a 2007 regular season in which he had just nine TDs and ran for another three. He did have a completion rate of 62.3%, and the Titans hope new offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger will improve his accuracy and coverage recognition.
Young is being selected as one of the last starting quarterbacks. His value is between 10th-13th at the position. Including the Wild Card game, he averaged just 168 passing yards per game last year, making him a huge risk. But if he makes strides towards his potential, he could be one of the great fantasy sleepers of 2008.

Alge Crumpler, TE — Could be the guy that makes Young's season. The free agent from the Atlanta Falcons is a big and steady target. Fantasy owners are picking him 13th overall at his position, yet he has Top 10 potential. Look for him in the 11th or 12th rounds. He had an off year last year on a lousy Atlanta Falcons team, racking up just 444 receiving yards. But a year earlier with Mike Vick — another running quarterback — had 780 yards and eight touchdowns. Crumpler is likely to be relied upon heavily this year and should see a rebound in his fantasy value.
Rob Bironas, PK — If not for his position, he would be the Titans' top fantasy option. Bironas led the NFL last season with a career-high 35 field goals, a product of the Titans' struggling red-zone offense. He's going fourth at his position, but it's usually not a good idea to draft kickers until the last two rounds of your draft because there isn't much of a statistical difference between most players at the position.
2007 TITANS FANTASY PERFORMANCES
LenDale White — One of the rare running backs in the NFL who did not share the backfield, a plus for fantasy players.
Vince Young — Nine touchdowns and 17 interceptions made him a backup fantasy quarterback, at best.
Rob Bironas — Took advantage of the offense's struggles in the red zone, vaulting to a Top 3 player at this position.
Titans defense/special teams — Missed Adam Jones on kickoff and punt returns; the Titans did not score a touchdown on special teams. But the defense went gangbusters, giving up just 291.6 yards per game, good enough for fifth in the NFL. They also finished tied for second in the league with 22 interceptions.

cowboy, i am not overly versed in fantasy football so i can't answer with any intelligence on here ~ HOWEVER, i do love your write ups!
A guy like Westboork can carry your team because he gets receiving yards, rushing yards, and he scores TDs. Of course the down side is he gets hurt because of the work. You ought to play, I do the free leagues on Fox or SI. I don't do a live draft, I go for the autodraft I don't have the time figure out a draft strategy and all the other crap you have to do to draft. Some people really get into it. There are millions of leagues, you cna find one that's all women (Why you would I don't know but you can) or with your friends up in Philly.
i can try, i have some friends that are into this big time, actually for me: it's finding the time. all chicka's huh, interesting concept ;0 !!!
