The Broncos have just fired the next coach of the Boys; Mike Shanahan. He's the perfect fit, he can deal with a turd WR, (Brandon Marshall) , he can get the run game going (any Denver back since 1997) and he has can deal with a meddlesome owners (Al Davis and Pat Bowlen).
Will Botox Jerry do the right thing? Probably not, Shanahan has an ego and if there is one thing Botox Jerry can't deal with in his coaches is ego.
Botox Jerry has a chance to turn the Boys around in two simple moves, send a couple POS players; TO and Pacman on their way and hire a coach who can win.
