The other Roy Williams speaks up

Last week, Roy Williams spoke up saying that his old team, the Lions worked harder than the Cowboys did. Although it's not something that Cowboys' fans wanted to hear, but it's hard to disagree with what Williams had to say after watching the product on the field.
This week it's Roy Williams the safety who is talking about the state of the Cowboys. Despite what Botox Jerry says, all is not well at Valley Ranch, not with the team and not with the coaching staff. Williams sat down with Tim McMahon of the Dallas Morning News to talk about the Cowboys, his role and his future with the team.
Williams has this to say:
1. Williams believes he's a better fit for a 4-3 scheme than a 3-4, which happens to be what the Cowboys use. (Don't know, he's a good run stopper but he's terrible in pass coverage no matter what scheme the Cowboys are running)
2. Williams thinks the Cowboys miss the firm hand of Bill Parcells. (this one wasn't hard to figure out, with Parcells, team got better, without him worse)
3. He's willing to move to linebacker if that's what the Cowboys want him to do. (might be a good fit or he may be too small and/or too slow)
4. Williams thinks too many Cowboys talk too much. (absolutely agree with this one but I still find it interesting that he mentions this one in an interview about what's wrong with the Cowboys)
5. He believes that T.O. creates distractions by consistently being in the middle of controversies. (100% agree with this one and I would guess that he's not one of the defensive players who thinks TO needs the ball more for the Cowboys to win)
The rest of the interview airs at 10:30 pm tonight, it'll be interesting to see how he expands on each point. I'm especially interested to hear what else he has to say about 2, 4 and 5.
As promised here's what Williams had to say about 2, 4 and 5.
#2:On the Cowboys' lack of discipline:
"A lot of people can say that the old coaching regime was too tough, but we had order and we had structure. I think it wore off. We need to get that order and that structure back."
#4:On the Cowboys' selfishness:
"We have a whole bunch of me's right now and it's not enough us. We have too much going on as far as the bickering and complaining. We do so much talking, but at the same time, when we do that talking, we've got to back up our talk. If we're going to say we're going to drop our egos at the door, drop them dang egos at the door."
#5:On the T.O. drama:
"When you do those things, you create distractions. We have younger players on the team that are like, 'Man, I feel Terrell. Maybe I should be saying and doing the same thing.' That's just a trickle-down effect. And I feel at times that can hurt and that's not being a good example, because we do have a lot of young players that look up to him. But it's not always good to have your name in the midst of situations.
"I mean, I love the guy. I see you over there looking at me, like, 'You're lying,' something. But I'm just being real. I really do. He is a great guy."
of course Peter King believes that TO is heading out of Dallas, I can only hope so, it won't turn everything around in Dallas but it will be a start, a very good start.

Is he the one that forces Botox JJ to listen?
I doubt it.
