#9 is still popular in Titansland

One of, if not the most popular Titan, Steve McNair is opening a new restaurant in Nashville. His restaurant called; Gridiron9, is up and running at 2719E Jefferson Street in Nashville.

The former Tennessee Titans quarterback opened the eatery specializing in grilled menu items, on Friday, June 19.

Locating the first Gridiron9 near Tennessee State University is by design, he said. The quarterback wanted to offer “good … healthy food,’’ and would be affordable to typical college students, McNair said.

Several current Titans have dropped by to sample the menu as well. Vince Young, Keith Bulluck and Jevon Kearse were all in Gridiron9 Monday afternoon. Thankfully VY kept his mouth shut, wouldn't want the media to twist anything.

I'm happy to see #9 doing things to stay in the Nashville community, he has said numerous times how much he appreciates what the people of Nashville did for him when he was a Titan. Are you kidding #9 what we did for you?
What about you?
We can never repay him for what he brought to us fans on Sundays. He was tough, he played hurt and he never, ever blamed anyone when things went wrong. Good to see you hanging around our city.
