VY is back in town and is working out with his teammates. A couple of years ago, VY spent the off-season in Austin finishing his degree instead of staying in Nashville and learning new OC Mike Heimerdinger offense. It wouldn't have been a big deal if VY hadn't melted down, some teammates implied that he quit, in the opener against Jacksonville. He sounds better than he has other years and he has several months to get comfortable with the offense. I am interested to see how VY handles being named the starter, the last time it didn't go so well.

sitting him on the bench might've done him wonders as far as mentally progressing
I hope so, he did great things when there wasn't much pressure on him and he played some bad and mediocre teams.
The Titans have a 3rd or 4th place schedule, that should be good for 2-4 wins.
