Now that Lord Brett Favre has done almost everything he can to run himself out of Green Bay, he has had help from the Packers but that is a different story, where should he go?
The Packers are the obvious choice because it would satisfy John Madden and Peter King's mancrush on him that he play his entire career for the Packers. But I think he needs to go a team where it will take him about three weeks to figure out how good things were in Green Bay.
The top choices would be:
1. Arizona: A record of futility unmatched in the NFL, the numbers:
Regular Season Record (all-time) : 464-667-39
Playoff Record (all-time) : 2-5 (Last appearance after 1998 season)
Super Bowls Won: 0 out of 0 appearances
Championships Won: 2 the last one was in 1947, they beat the Eagles 28-21.
The Cards do have great WRs which would make Lord Favre happy but something always seems to go wrong for the Cards. They have been the sexy pick to win the NFC West the past several years but injuries and some bad luck have hurt them. Remember the Monday night game against the Bears and Dennis Green's famous rant afterwards, that's just business as usual for the Cards not matter what city they are in; Chicago, St. Louis, or Phoenix. Yes being Arizona's starting QB would be a fit ending for Lord Favre's career.
2. Oakland: where to even start here? Imagine Lord Favre having to play for Al Davis, I would love to listen to him bitch to Al Davis about the Raiders and see how long Davis would put up with his mouth. Not long in my guess. The Raiders have also had one of the worst records in the NFL over the past 5 seasons, going 19-61, an impressive .311 winning percentage.
The Raiders overall numbers are muc better than the Cards:
Season Record (all-time) : 400-313-11
Playoff Record (all-time) : 25-18 (Last appearance after 2002 season)
Super Bowls Won: 3 out of 5 appearances
Championships Won: 3
The problems in Oakland go plenty deep, they play in a good division, AFC West, unlike the NFC North. He has nothing to work with in Oakland except Javon Walker and who knows when he'll be back and how good he'll be when he returns and a rookie running back with tons of expectations. He would also have to beat the Chargers, Colts, Patriots, Steelers, Browns, Jaguars among others to get to the Super Bowl. Yup, if the Packers want to totally screw Lord Favre, Oakland is the place for him.
3. Dallas
The reason is simple, with TO, Pacman and Jerry Jones around, what could possibly go wrong? He would put Romo back on the bench, move Tony would surely take well, and would get even more exposure than he does now. And with the added exposure he would have thousands of chances to bash the Packers and how they treated him, how they didn't want him. He would have a weekly segment with Ed Werder where he could tell everyone how great things are in Dallas, how much he loves his WRs and he can't wait to get his chance at the Packers again in the playoffs. The downside, Favre has never played worth a sh-- at Texas Stadium, but with the Cowboys moving into a new stadium maybe his luck would change.

A Broadway Musical, or the Birdcage (a great movie BTW)
The only place a large group of men act like drama queens fighting for the attention of thousands of other men.
Wow, maybe it's the beer but football can sound really gay.
Repeat 3 times: "No drink and dial"
LMFAO! brett looks a bit "gay" in that picture. RODGERS is the new face of the packers, brett MOVE on & get over yourself......so many are losing respect for you~shame-
next year when he retires again, they can just replay his tape from this year doll, whatcha think?
the birdcage does indeed ROCK!
I only want to see him cry again, this time I won't be sucked into thinking he's being honest about retiring, I'll just this whatever drama queen.
I think his teammates and ex-teammates are really sick of him and this retirement crap. Lord Favre indeed.
